Biography
Alan Fishman was a professor in the Fine Arts department at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1966 to 1996. Between 1986 and 1992, Fishman acted as the director of the Polimoda in Florence, Italy. Fishman was awarded Professor Emeritus at FIT in 1997. He is the son of Shirley Goodman.
