Biography
Eli Louis Rousso, born in Manhattan, was a leader in the apparel industry for over 40 years. He dropped out of high school to work in the garment industry with his brother and together they founded Russ Togs in 1946. Russ Togs Inc. is a leading clothing manufacturer which owns trademarks like Diane Furstenberg, Villager, Diesel, and more. Rousso passed away in 1990.
