Scope and Contents
This folder contains black and white and color photographs of window displays. Many are credited Worsinger Photo, others are credited Virginia Roehl or Nick Malan Studios; some were published in Views and Reviews or Merchandise Display News. Credited display directors/designers are Anton Heller and Louis Villela. Displayed brands include Young Colony, Claire McCardell, Jenny Bell, Ben Gershel, Ben Reig, Jantzen, Adele Simpson, Handmacher, Pringle cashmere, Christian Dior and campus fashions. Many windows feature floral displays, furniture and housewares as well as women's wear.
