Scope and Contents

This folder includes fabrication and installation photos depicting a large scale city scape, Eastern European in style, constructed completely of sweets such as candies, cookies and nuts. A man who appears to be the artist or designer of these pieces appears in many photos; one print depicting him is labeled in red wax pencil on the face "Jean Hewitt". There is a printed contact sheet also present, as well as portrait pictures of costumed employees running kiosks labeled "bread", "candy", etc.
