Scope and Contents

This folder contains a scrapbook that includes newspaper and magazine clippings about Vera Maxwell and her designs. There are also black & white prints depicting women models wearing Maxwell designs. Most of the prints have descriptions of the designs attached to them. Also, included is correspondence, a press list of editors attending the 38th National Press Week, and two handouts of fashion events in which the designer participated. One handout is related to The International Beauty Show and the other one is related to the New Haven Country Club.
