The Baroness papers

This collection contains material documenting the career and namesake brand of latex clothing designer The Baroness. Present are documents and ephemera about events that the Baroness organized and/or was involved in during her career, including performances, fashion shows, lectures, parties, and their corresponding advertisements, promotional materials, and correspondence. The collection features documents relating to latex textile and safety information, suppliers, and latex samples. The collection also includes model releases, garment construction documents including many original custom pattern pieces (some labeled with names of the client or event they were created for), photographs grouped by photoshoot, records of all media projects, and business records such as inventory lists and loan receipts.
