Scope and Contents
This folder contains a scrapbook from 1940-1942 with newspaper clippings for ready to wear from Everfast Fabrics. There are ads for women's wear, children's wear, and men's wear, with a focus on summer and beach wear, using Everfast Poplin, Erin, Dimity, Gabardine, Waffle Pique, Twill, and Flannel fabrics. Also included are promotional materials and publicity for Franklin Simon's "American Way" fashion show, Truman Bailey's "Fiesta del Sol" fashion show, and ads for Everfast fabrics designed by Truman Bailey.
