Scope and Contents
This folder contains a scrapbook from 1955-1956 with newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs, and promotional materials for women's wear, men's wear, and children's wear made with Everfast and Everglaze Fabrics. There are ads for designs by Youngland and Kate Greenaway, as well as ads for Vogue Patterns and publicity for a promotion with Grace Line Cruises. There are newspaper articles about current trends in cottons and fashion, primarily for beach wear. There are also promotional materials for Patricia Anne Cowden, the 1956 Maid of Cotton.
