This folder holds photographs of Dinarzade shot by Arnold Genthe, Edward Steichen, Georges Hoyningen-Huene, Frank Farley, Andre Durst, Man Ray, Meerson, Kollar, Hal Lindsay, Alfred Cheyney Johnson, Nickolas Muray, Hurrell, Studio Piaz Paris, and Gabor Eder. There are also snapshots of the Paris hair stylist Guillaume, and the Duchesse of Windsor at Dior.

This folder holds photographs of Dinarzade shot by Maruice Goldberg, Lee Miller, Bradford Bachrach, Georges Hoyningen-Huene, Gabor Eder, Baron de Meyer, Ralph Steiner, and Joel Feder. There are also photographs from stage productions, including Lillian in a Georges Barbier gown designed for Valentino's "Monsieur Beaucaire." One portrait depicts Lillian in her Red Cross uniform.

This folder holds an unpublished manuscript of Lillian's memoir, which was never published. In the memoir, she recounts aspects of her childhood leading into her work as a stage performer and a mannequin. She describes in detail many of her cultural experiences as a young woman in New York and Paris between the world wars, and ends as her career moved away from the more glamorous worlds of theater and modeling.
