Scope and Contents

This collection is comprised of 32 folders containing the archives of the Ford Models, Inc. There are press clippings from 1936-2012, correspondence, public relations, Eileen Ford's speeches and book manuscripts, the Ford Book look books, as well personal information. Additionally there is more detailed information about Ford Models, Vendela, and Ted Dawson.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of materials assembled by Lillian Farley, also known as Dinarzade, during her lifetime. Included are newspaper clippings, photographs, printed materials, and an unpublished manuscript of her memoir. The majority of the items are photographic and relate to her career as a fashion model (referred to as a mannequin) and actress. Scope and Contents Model photographs series of the collection include documents Lucile Ltd. lines for 1915, 1916, 1917 and 1919 (not all seasons). Some of the lines are annotated with model titles, listing of fabrics and fabric swatches. In some instances a name of the customer or a price is jotted down.
