The designs are uniforms for women war workers and were created in 1942. 1 sketch is attached to a paperboard and other has fabric samples included. There are also 3 copies of a color print of a Camel Cigarette ad in which Vera Maxwell and her designs appear. The ad was released in Life, Time, Vogue, and Harper's Bazar magazine in 1942.
