This folder contains 13 fashion plates: 1) 1 women's plate, "Habits, December 1798"; 2) 1 women's plate, "Dame de qualite à qui un jeune negre porte la queue..."; 3) 1 women's plate, "Habit de bal à la paysanne..."; 3) 1 women's plate, "Eine Vornehme Frau zur Leiche gehend"; 4) 2 women's/men's plates, "M. N et Mme. * * *" and "La Chute"; 5) 4 women's/men's plates, "Les Inconcevables", "Les Incroyables", "Les Merveilleuses", and "Ma Pa'ole d'honneur on me le paiera"; 6) 1 women's/children's plate, "Les Aprets du Bal"; 7) 1 women's plate, 1791; 8) 10) 1 women's plate, "Merveilleuse" by Horace Vernet, printed c. 1814-1815, depicts style of 1790s.
